The Benelux Manufacturing factory in Limavady, Co Londonderry, Northern Ireland that made compact disc covers has shut a year after it opened. It is one of the largest failures in the province in recent years. The news is an embarrassment for the Industrial Development Board which provided a £10.4m grant. The IDB said it would be seeking to claw back the money.
