Benmore granted £30m Liverpool consent

Northern Irish developer Benmore has been granted planning consent for a £30m mixed-use scheme in Speke, south Liverpool.

Towerberg, a subsidiary of the Belfast-based developer, has secured consent for the scheme, designed by Liverpool-based architectural practice Falconer Chester Hall.

The development comprises a 78-bedroom hotel, a 120-bedroom hotel, bars, cafés, restaurants and a cinema.

Work will begin this year for completion by late 2013.
