Argent has exchanged contracts on the off-market sale of Eleven Brindleyplace in Birmingham to Benson Elliot for around £30m.
The 108,000 sq ft block is the largest element of Argent’s Brindleyplace scheme.
The deal is due to complete in the next three weeks. Cube Real Estate will asset manage the property.
GVA advised Benson Elliot; GBR Phoenix Beard acted for Argent.
Benson Elliot is also tipped to buy Martineau Galleries in Birmingham for a similar price.
