Berkeley Group has appointed JLL to sell a 130-bedroom hotel at its Royal Arsenal Riverside regeneration scheme, SE18.
The hotel, which will be completed by the end of next year, is expected to attract bids in the region of £20m and will be sold with vacant possession.
It is situated within the 88-acre Arsenal Riverside scheme, which includes 5,000 homes and 900,000 sq ft of commercial space.
