Berkeley has established a joint venture with Prudential to construct residential and mixed-use developments across the UK.
It will trade as St Edward Homes Limited which will begin with three schemes in the South East. This could see the creation of 2,500 homes.
The agreement is conditional on St Edward buying some Prudential assets
