Plans have been submitted for Berkeley Group’s development at West End Green on the Edgware Road, W2.
The proposals include 690 homes on the 2.7-acre site, 158 of which will be affordable.
Plans for the site, which has been used as a “temporary” car park and car wash for the past 25 years, include a series of mansion blocks adjacent to a 39-storey residential tower with a rooftop restaurant open to the public, retail and leisure space and a public piazza.
Turley submitted the plans on behalf of Berkeley. Squire & Partners is the scheme’s architect.
