Developer Berol Quarter has received planning approval for a residential-led mixed-use scheme in Tottenham Hale, N17.
The developer has received permission from Haringey Council for a 32-storey tower containing 210 build-to-rent flats and an extension of the locally listed Berol House.
The tower will also include 7,600 sq ft of commercial and retail space and 2,000 sq ft of community space.
The scheme was designed by John McAslan & Partners and Allies and Morrison Architects.
