Bet365 is to occupy the remaining three floors at Boultbee Brooks Real Estate’s office building, known as Core, at 30 Brown Street in Manchester.
The betting giant is to take 25,000 sq ft across the third, fourth and fifth floors at the property, which will supplement its existing space at The Zenith, Spring Gardens.
The deal means that Core, which compromises 33,175 sq ft of office space, is now fully let.
Other tenants at the building include co-working business Work.Life, which occupies the ground and first floors, and Total Jobs, which occupies the second floor.
Core has recently undergone a refurbishment which saw a fifth floor added to the building.
Bet365 currently occupies about a third of The Zenith Building and acquired the office in June 2018 from AM Alpha for £31.45m. The sale reflected a net initial yield of 5.25%.
James Whitcher, asset management director at Boultbee Brooks Real Estate, said: “Securing Bet365 against stiff competition is testament to the quality of the Core development and the whole project team, who worked tirelessly to deliver an impressive transformation of a previously unloved building.”
CBRE advised Boultbee Brooks. Knight Frank advised Bet365.
