BG Group is putting one of its Thames Valley Park buildings on the market this autumn. The gas company, formed from the demerger of Centrica from British Gas, is looking to assign the lease of the 6,224 sq m (67,000 sq ft) building D.
The building is to be vacated as BG Group begins to consolidate its operations in line with a proposed demerger from its gas transportation arm, the Transco Group.
Knight Frank is marketing the three-storey building to the occupational market, although no specific terms are being quoted at this stage.
BG International will continue to occupy buildings A, B and C at Thames Valley Park.
