BHS administrators bring in Savills

Savills-logo-THUMB.jpegSavills has been instructed to advise on the future of BHS’s property portfolio.

The business is currently being sold as a going concern and Savills has been recruited by joint administrators Philip Duffy and Benjamin Wiles of Duff & Phelps.

BHS has a 164-store portfolio, which includes prime locations in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Glasgow.

Sam Foyle, director of retail at Savills, said: “We are very pleased to be working with the administrators and advising on the property portfolio to assist in selling the business as a going concern.”
