Deloitte Ireland has put a 20,000 sq ft sit up for sale in North Docklands, Dublin, for €120m (£107m).
The site, called Project Waterfront, is the last remaining waterfront development site in North Docklands.
Savills and Cushman & Wakefield are joint selling agents.
The development is offered for sale in three lots, including a residential site with planning permission for a scheme that includes 420 apartments as well as a commercial lot with planning permission for four office buildings.
The commercial scheme was granted a 10-year planning permission in December 2017, while the residential scheme has a five-year permission, also granted in December 2017.
Earlier this year, another development site, City Block 3, within Dublin’s Docklands was put up for sale for €110m (£96.4m).
Activity at Dublin’s Docklands has been picking up over the past 18 months, with more than 100,000 sq ft let in five deals last year.
Recent new activity in adjoining new blocks to the CB3 site include a 140,000 sq ft prelet to the NTMA at Dublin Landings at a headline rent of €50 per sq ft on a 25-year lease.
