The Olympic Park Legacy Company has invited bids to develop the first of five residential neighbourhoods at the Olympic Park.
The first of the neighbourhoods is Chobham Manor, comprising 800 homes. Nearly 30% of the development will be affordable housing. A walk-in health centre, two nurseries, two community spaces, shops and a nearby academy school form part of the plans.
