Overall, Bidwells is advising two-thirds of Oxford’s colleges, with current work including advising Harwell Campus on the delivery of its 5m sq ft campus masterplan and Oxwed on innovation district proposals for Oxford city centre.

Mike Derbyshire, head of planning at Bidwells, said: “We have collaborated with Chris and his team over many years, delivering complex schemes for shared collegiate clients in Oxford, so this coming together formalises that collaboration and will support our ongoing work advising on the delivery of the next exciting phase of Oxford’s growth.”
