Bidwells boosts research team with hire from Schroders
Property consultancy Bidwells has hired from Schroders in a move to strengthen its research team.
Mark Callender (pictured) was appointed as research partner to focus on high-growth sectors, including renewable energy, science and technology, and natural capital markets.
In his new role, Callender will be looking after the commercial markets across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, using his experience in working with large scale real estate projects at Schroders, where he was head of real estate research.

In his new role, Callender will be looking after the commercial markets across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, using his experience in working with large scale real estate projects at Schroders, where he was head of real estate research.
Callender will also use his research expertise to support Bidwells’ work on mixed-use development schemes, urban economics, sustainability and impact investing.
Bidwells research director Sue Foxley said: “I have known Mark for a long time and his appointment, with the experience he brings across commercial, residential and sustainability projects, will enable us to build on our understanding of these dynamic markets, as well as further influence political support for harnessing the vast potential of the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.”
