Bardell joins Bidwells from CS2 Chartered Surveyors, where he had served for 10 years focusing on dilapidations and due diligence. He has worked on schemes in central London and Canary Wharf, as well as on a variety of projects in and around Milton Keynes.
In his new role, Bardell will work with the building surveying team, holding key client relationships, and will undertake a variety of surveying work on a range of retail, commercial and industrial assets.
Holly Dawson, head of Bidwells’ Milton Keynes Office, said: “Adam joins at an exciting time for our team, and for the wider city where the resilient market has seen office investment transactions total more than £80m during the first three quarters of 2022, more than double the volume recorded during the same period last year. This reflects robust levels of requirements across a broad range of business sectors.
