The head of planning at Bidwells has been given a position on the main board.
Mike Derbyshire originally joined Bidwells as an equity partner a year ago, after moving from Savills in London.
Patrick McMahon, senior partner at Bidwells, said: “In the short time Mike has been with us he has played a pivotal role in helping Bidwells to grow its profile and cementing our place in new sectors.”
