JLL’s South East director, Will Heigham, has left the firm to join Cambridge specialist Bidwells.
Bidwells has appointed Heigham head of Cambridge office agency in the commercial team.
He joins after four years at JLL where he specialised in tenant representation in the South East and the regions.
Prior to this he worked at CBRE and Savills.
Dick Wise, head of business space agency at Bidwells, said: “Will’s role will be to help high-profile clients with their strategic decision making and acquiring and disposing of assets.”
He added: “Cambridge is one of the fastest-growing cities in the UK outside London, so it was critical that we appointed a highly experienced agent to lead the team.”
Heigham will start with the company on 1 August.
