Bidwells has relocated its 70-strong team in Oxford from Seacourt Tower to Eaton House as part of its 2030 growth strategy.
The consultancy has taken 5,000 sq ft at the new site on a 10-year lease. The move into a bigger workspace aligns with Bidwells’ mission to double the size of its business by 2030.
Chris Pattison, deputy head of planning at Bidwells, said: “Our Oxford office move to Eaton House marks the next chapter of Bidwells’ expansion as we continue to lead the conversation in science and tech, innovation and sustainable investment.
“At the heart of our success is a commitment to our staff. Our new offices will provide the high-quality collaborative space they need to succeed on behalf of our clients.”
The new office is located on North Hinksey Lane, just off Botley Road, an emerging life sciences location in the city. Nearby, developer Mission Street has already delivered the first phase of its lab scheme, known as Inventa, where biotechnology firm Nucleome Therapeutics has become the first tenant. The firm is now pushing ahead with the second phase, called Fabrica, which is expected to accommodate larger players in the sector.
Also on Botley Road, British Land is drafting proposals for its first life sciences scheme in the city, while Columbia Threadneedle Investments is mooting a conversion of New Barclay House.
