Online auction house BidX1’s second UK auction will offer 40 properties, including its first London lots.
A housing association has instructed the firm to sell a mid-terrace house on Bromar Road in Camberwell, SE5, which is split into a one-bedroom flat and a three-bedroom flat.
The vacant property is guided at £825,000-855,000, making it the largest lot in the catalogue.
The second London property is a vacant two bedroom flat in New Providence Wharf, E14, guided at £595,000-£635,000.
The largely residential sale will take place on 26 April.
Outside the capital, a portfolio of 11 houses in Middlesbrough are available in individual lots.
Building on the March auction’s success with properties offered in Northern Ireland, a further 16 properties from the province are available in the April sale.

The catalogue also includes seven properties in Scotland, two in the North West and one in the West Midlands.
April’s online auction follows BidX1’s UK launch in March, when it offered a 67-lot catalogue. It sold 62%, raising £4.5m.
It bought London-based ballroom auctioneer Andrews & Robertson in January as part of an ‘omni-channel’ strategy.
BidX1 founder Stephen McCarthy said: “We have received a plethora of top quality instructions since the inaugural online auction and continue to go from strength to strength in the UK market.
“The success of last month’s launch shows the appetite for the transparency and efficiency that the online model provides.
“As we continue to disrupt the traditional auction model we expect to see further success with the high quality lots we are bringing to market.
“The fluidity and reliability of our business model is clear from the successful outcome of the first auction. Looking at our future endeavours, we are incredibly excited to become the leading platform for online auction houses in the United Kingdom.”
BidX1’s online auction runs alongside the Andrews & Robertson auction business, with its next 75-lot auction taking place on 19th April at The Montcalm Hotel, Marble Arch, W1.
