Analysis from EG’s London Residential Research can reveal the “big 5” residential agents are currently appointed on just under one-third of all schemes selling across the capital.
On top of that, across all 33 London boroughs there is a pool of more than 1,300 unlaunched schemes at various stages of the cycle.
EG has detailed building records for every scheme on the map, with more than 1,500 sites.
