‘Big John’ Forrester joins Innovo

Former Cushman & Wakefield boss John Forrester has joined UAE-based developer Innovo. Forrester will become chair of Innovo Real Estate Development, working with Brendon Moss, former head of development at Auriens Group, as managing director. Forrester said: “Innovo has built some of the most important buildings in the UAE over the past 35 years, and I look forward to working with the team to bring that wealth of experience and expertise to wider markets. “There is so much opportunity and potential. The UK needs more companies like Innovo to take on the challenge of creating new and immersive spaces which contribute to their communities. I’m eager to play my role in supporting those efforts.” Moss added: “Establishing a development team based in London is just the first step in the journey as we look to tap into the vast potential here. I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together and creating some exceptional spaces across London and beyond.” Innovo Group is led by chief executive Bishoy Azmy. He said the launch of the development business in London demonstrated the scope of its ambition. “John’s experience and strategic guidance alongside Brendon’s deep expertise in the sector will bring the knowledge and energy that will enable Innovo to take on the opportunities we are seeing in London,” said Azmy. “It is an exciting time for Innovo and for London and the UK, and I am looking forward to working with both John and Brendon to see what we can achieve together.”
