Helical Bar’s annual report shows executive director Mike Slade received £5.5m this year.
Some £1.5m was cash and £3.4m was given as shares, with additional benefits making up the rest.
Executive director Gerald Kaye received £4.2m in total, Tim Murphy received £2.2m, Matthew Bonning-Snook received £3.6m and Duncan Walker received £3m.
The company delivered an increase in EPRA net assets per share of 23%, compared with 18.6% in 2014.
The company’s total property return equalled £155.3m, £95.3m of this is from capital appreciation in London and £30.7m from regional income.
