Big Yellow mulls Battersea sale after planning go-ahead

Big Yellow has been given the green light for a scheme comprising a new 72,ooo sq ft store, 168 flats and 18.500 sq ft of offices, shop and artists studios on its Lombard Road site in London’s Battersea, London.

The self storage company is replacing its current 34,000 sq ft store on the site with the larger store, but will consider its options on the remainder of the site “which may include disposal, with the benefit of the planning consent for the residential, offices and shops”.
