Bignell joins CBRE

Zoe-BignallZoe Bignell has moved to CBRE to lead the expansion of the advisory team in its UK development and residential capital markets business.

Bignell joined from Cushman & Wakefield where she was an equity partner and head of London development, specialising in mixed-use development.

During her 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Bignell worked on high-profile redevelopment projects including the Transport for London schemes at Earls Court and North Greenwich and the redevelopment of the US Embassy at Nine Elms.

She will jointly manage CBRE’s UK development and UK residential capital markets team with Peter Burns, head of the team’s transactional business.

The hire follows the appointment of Mark Clegg as senior director within the UK development and residential capital markets team.
