Bilfinger GVA grabs Knight Frank trio

Bilfinger-GVA-logoBilfinger GVA has hired three staff members from Knight Frank to join its planning, development and regeneration division in Manchester.

Richard Walters, currently partner and head of planning at Knight Frank in Manchester, will join Bilfinger GVA as a director in July to help lead a planning, development and regeneration team covering the North.

Matthew Claxton and Alice Routledge also join from Knight Frank, Claxton as an associate and Routledge as a graduate planner.

In addition, Hollie Bryant is joining as a senior planner from planning specialist Pegasus.

Gerry Hughes, senior director and national head of planning, development and regeneration at Bilfinger GVA, said: “This is only the first step in a much wider growth agenda. We aim to double the size of our national planning, development and regeneration capabilities both in terms of headcount and revenue over three years, supported by the significant investment we will receive from our partners Bilfinger Real Estate.”
