Bill’s, the all-day restaurant chain backed by Richard Caring, is to open at 54 Northcote Road, SW11.
Bill’s has agreed a 15-year lease on the 3,000 sq ft restaurant with the private landlord.
Casey Phillips, acquisitions agent at Shelley Sandzer, which acted for Bill’s, said: “Northcote Road is extremely sought after and, as such, the area boasts an extremely impressive tenant mix. Sites in London locations such as this are seldom available, nor have the correct capacity or A3 planning consent.”
The landlord was unrepresented.
