Bill’s Produce is to open a café, restaurant and store at 35 Green Street in Cambridge.
Bill’s has agreed a 25-year lease with landlord, Aegon UK Property Fund. It will pay rent of £134,000 pa – £25 per sq ft – on the 5,400 sq ft shop.
Bill’s has four other cafes in Lewes, Brighton, Reading and Covent Garden, WC2.
