Restaurant chain Bill’s has agreed a deal to open a restaurant at Grosvenor’s Liverpool ONE scheme.
Bill’s has secured a 3,200 sq ft restaurant on a 20-year lease between Chavasse Park and the Hilton Hotel. It will be the brand’s second restaurant in the North West.
Catering sales at Liverpool ONE’s restaurants and cafés were up by 13% year-on-year. Other new dining additions in the last six months included Ed’s Easy Diner, independent coffee house, Home, TGI Friday’s, and the first Hotel Chocolat Cocoa Café-Bar in the North West.
Miles Dunnett, head of asset management, Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, said: “Their ‘breakfast to bedtime’ offer is perfect for Liverpool ONE, particularly in this location given its proximity to Liverpool ONE’s hotels and the wider city centre context. With Liverpool ONE’s footfall continuing to grow, and the city holding the position of the fastest growing tourist destination in the UK, Bill’s will be a great success.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Tushingham Moore acted for Liverpool ONE; Mason Owen represented Bill’s.
