The Grosvenor House hotel in London has been taken over by billionaire brothers David and Simon Reuben.
The brothers purchased two loans against the hotel and two others in New York from the Bank of China.
They are believed to have given the hotel owners, Sahara Group, a four-month extension on repayment of the loans.
