A bevy of Arab billionaires have sold their homes in the UK because they no longer ‘feel welcome’.
The list includes Saudi Sheikh Mustapha Edrees, who has sold his 48-bedroom, £48m Fernhill Park estate in Windsor, and the Emir of Qatar, who has put his £25m Mayfair house on the market.
But, The Sunday Times points out, Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum is bucking the trend, by attempting to add 10 acres around Berkeley Square to his £1bn property portfolio.
