UK-based restaurant chain Bill’s is to open at 119-121 Baker Street, W1.
The 2,322 sq ft premises, which is currently let to Ladbrokes, will be refurbished with a view to opening its doors later in 2015.
Bill’s has taken an assignment of Ladbrokes’ lease.
The company started life as a grocery shop in Lewes, East Sussex, and has grown into a restaurant chain with more than 20 sites in the UK.
