Bill’s has signed for a new 2,500 sq ft restaurant space at Orchard Shopping Centre in Taunton, Somerset.
The national restaurant chain has agreed to a new 20-year lease at 3-6 Cheapside.
This latest opening follows a number of other lettings over the past nine months to retailers including L’Occitane, Warren James, Millets, Roman and Card Market, which have taken units ranging from 800 sq ft-2,000 sq ft.
Gym operator, Anytime Fitness, has also recently opened at the scheme taking a 15-year lease for circa 6,000sq ft.
Will Thomas, partner at KLM, said: “Along with the centre attracting a number of fantastic new tenants this past year, existing tenants continue to perform very well. New Look has recommitted to the scheme and undertaken a full refit of its store. Hawkin’s Bazaar and Greggs have also re-geared to extend their leases.”
