Leeds-based Bilsdale Properties has let on behalf of overseas owners two industrial units at Link 5 on the 92,000 sq m (1m sq ft) Walker Park at Blackburn, Lancashire.
Cherry Tree Machine Company has taken units B and C comprising 3,530 sq m (38,000 sq ft) on a 20 year lease at £127,300 pa.
Cormorant Group advised for Cherry Tree while King Sturge & Co and H W Petty & Co jointly acted for Bilsdale.
