Binks resigns from Cushman & Wakefield

Sheds veteran David Binks has resigned from his position as head of industrial agency at Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office.

Binks has been a partner for the firm in Birmingham for more than ten years and has more than 20 years’ experience in the industrial sector in the West and East Midlands.

Previously Binks spent three years as a partner at industrial firm North Rae Sanders. He began his career at King Sturge, where he spent ten years at the Birmingham office, working his way up to partner.

Robert Hall, chair of the logistics and industrial EMEA team at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We will ensure a smooth transition of client responsibilities within the UK team.”
