Biopharmaceutical company invoX has picked the Franklin Building at Granta Park in Cambridge for its new research and development hub.
The company will occupy the entire building, which comprises 20,000 sq ft of laboratory and office space.
Granta Park, owned by Blackstone portfolio company BioMed Realty, is a 120-acre campus with 21 buildings. It is home to more than 30 life sciences companies and research organisations, including AstraZeneca, Sosei Heptares, Illumina, Pfizer and PPD.
BioMed was represented by Cheffins and JLL on the deal and Cam-Sci represented invoX.
The move comes shortly after T-Therapeutics prelet about 25,000 sq ft of space at One Granta, a new-build lab facility due for completion later this year.
