Birmingham Council sites to go under the hammer in Bond Wolfe sale

Four lots being sold on behalf of Birmingham City Council will be among 161 lots in Bond Wolfe’s February auction. 

The first, freehold lock-up garages and land between 2A and 2G Woodland Road in Handsworth, have a guide price of £15,000-plus.

A similar pair of domestic lock up garages and freehold land next to 44 Wandsworth Road, Birmingham, are guided at £10,000-plus.

Next to go under the hammer will be a freehold parcel of land on Grove Cottage Road. The land totals about 409 sq yards and has a guide price of £10,000-plus.

The fourth lot is a small rectangular parcel of leasehold land to the rear of 20 Erasmus Road, Birmingham, which is for sale for sole use as a private garden on a new 125-year lease at a peppercorn rent. The site of approximately 112 sq yards has a guide price of £5,000-plus.

The livestreamed auction is due to start at 9am on 9 February.
