Joint administrators for Connect Distribution Services have instructed agents to sell the spare parts retailer’s industrial premises in Birmingham.
Watling Real Estate has been instructed by administrators at Alvarez & Marsal to market Medco House in Bordesley Green, Birmingham, for £5m.
The 211,000 sq ft property sits on a seven-acre site next to the proposed 40-acre Birmingham Wheels redevelopment site.
