Ryland Estates Investments is set to receive planning approval for a £130m build-to-rent scheme in Birmingham.
The plans, filed in January, will see 550 homes built across three blocks, of seven, 11 and 41 storeys, on Bristol Street. The Trifecta Residences will provide homes with one to four bedrooms, alongside 6,350 sq ft of ground-floor commercial space.
The 1.46-acre site currently comprises a mix of single- to four-storey buildings and car parking.
The plans will be discussed in a Birmingham City Council planning meeting next week.
