The £300m Birmingham Bull Ring shopping centre redevelopment has received detailed planning permission.
The 10.52ha (26 acre) scheme has so far attracted few high street chains. Debenhams will take on one of two 19,509 sq m (210,000 sq ft) stores within the development, but so far only Next and Boots have taken other units from the 180 available.
