Accounting giant BDO is under offer to take 25,000 sq ft at M&G Real Estate’s Two Snowhill in Birmingham.
The firm will sublet the space from Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co, which originally prelet 180,000 sq ft in the 300,000 sq ft building but no longer needs all the space.
BDO will relocate from its existing Colmore Row base and is paying a rent of circa £30 per sq ft on a 10-year lease with a break at year five.
