A hedge fund has agreed to a rent of more than £90 per sq ft at British Land and Oxford Properties’ Leadenhall Building, EC3.

Quadrature Capital Management is under offer for the 10,000 sq ft 33rd floor in the 610 ft tower.

It was previously in talks with Heron International for space at 110 Bishopsgate, EC2, but was squeezed out after the building’s largest occupier, Salesforce, agreed to take the remaining 50,000 sq ft of vacant space.

The deal would leave just four vacant office floors in the Leadenhall Building.

Quadrature is currently based at 99 Bishopsgate, EC2.

Cushman & Wakefield and JLL are letting agents on the Leadenhall Building; REM Roberts acted for Quadrature.
