British Land has teamed up with food journalist Richard Johnson to launch Eats from the Street, a series of pop-up street food shops.
The shops will appear at one of the company’s shopping centres each weekend until the end of the year. Venues include Glasgow Fort Shopping Park, Fort Kinnaird Shopping Park in Edinburgh, Broughton Shopping Park in Chester and Teesside Shopping Park in Stockton-on-Tees.
The concept is part of BL’s strategy to enhance the food and beverage provision across its portfolio.
