British Land has agreed a letting to fashion retailer Internaçionale at St Stephen’s shopping centre in Hull.
Internaçionale has signed for 6,300 sq ft on a 10-year lease at the 565,000 sq ft mall. It will open in the spring.
St Stephen’s comprises more than 50 stores, 12 restaurants and cafes, a cinema and a 24-hour gym.
British Land was represented by Smith Young and Lunson Mitchenall; Kitchen La Frenais Morgan represented Internaçionale.
