British Land has appointed Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan as joint agent on Green Lanes shopping centre in Barnstaple, Devon.
Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan will work as joint agent with Savills.
Green Lanes comprises 130,000 sq ft of retail and is home to more than 40 stores including New Look, TopShop and JJB Sports.
British Land bought the mall in February for £30m, an 8% yield.
