British Land has appointed agents to sell the mixed-use Belgravia block housing the famous Santini restaurant frequented by David Cameron.
CBRE has been instructed to seek offers in excess of £37m for Ebury Gate at 23 Lower Belgrave Street, SW1.
The 47,647 sq ft block is fully let to tenants including Premier Oil and Hays Recruitment.
Reflecting a 5.5% yield, the sale details are to be issued to the market today.
