Independent Franchise Partners has signed a lease for office space at British Land’s 10 Portman Square, W1.
The investment management company has taken 6,500 sq ft on the first floor of the 113,700 sq ft property. A rent of around £90 per sq ft is understood to have been agreed.
James Danby, head of office leasing at British Land, said: “Demand for office space at 10 Portman Square has been very strong since we launched the building a year ago, owing to the exceptional design and its location, just a stone’s throw from Mayfair.”
