CBRE Hotels has hired Starman Hotels’ property director Felicity Black-Roberts to lead its brokerage division.
Black-Roberts has been appointed senior director at CBRE Hotels and will report to Derek Gammage, head of CBRE Hotels Europe, Africa and the Middle East. She will have a Europe-wide remit.
At Starman, Black-Roberts led the sale of Le Meridien Piccadilly, W1, to Host Hotels & Resorts for £64m in 2010.
She has also previously held roles at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts and Rocco Forte Hotels.
Black-Roberts said: “Having worked for major international hotel brands and institutional investors, this role is an exciting new challenge and an opportunity for me to build on my reputation for selling hotels. I hope that my experience will be invaluable to the team and bring a new perspective.”
