Capital & Regional has signed toy retailer The Entertainer and menswear brand Jack & Jones at The Mall Blackburn in Lancashire.
The Entertainer has agreed terms for a 4,000 sq ft shop formerly occupied by HMV on King William Street, while Jack & Jones is to occupy a 1,650 sq ft, ground-floor shop.
Capital & Regional is currently undertaking a £3m refurbishment of the north-west corner of the shopping centre, which includes a new 15,700 sq ft Pure Gym facility due to open in February 2016.
The centre was acquired by Capital & Regional in 2004 and is let to more than 100 occupiers, including Primark, Debenhams, BHS and Next.
