A company that has raised more than £25m in minibonds for residential developments has delayed filing its accounts for the second time this year.
Manchester-based Blackmore Bond has until today to publish its 2018 figures at Companies House, but is seeking an extension of three months.
It says that the delay was caused by the resignation of Grant Thornton as the company’s accountant.
