Blackpool Pontins site regeneration gets green light

  Lancashire-based property company Northern Trust has received planning consent for the regeneration of the former Pontins site in Blackpool.   The group plans to develop 275 residential units on the site, which will include apartments and family homes, plus affordable homes.   The consent covers around 22 acres of the 39-acre site. Northern Trust plans to consider the regeneration of the wider site.   daniel.cunningham@estatesgazette.com
